We are asking Black people to consider GRACE as an act of RADICAL WORTHINESS and to go beyond the dominant narrative of grace being given to the "unworthy". We are all deservant of beauty, love, pleasure, and community. We are all equally charged to step into accountability, restoration, and reparations when we hurt and harm one another. Practicing these together maybe a new definition of GRACE.
GRACE is our ability to show compassion as life unfolds. GRACE is our curiosity for what might be possible after we have had time to grieve.
GRACE is saying, "no" when you are over extended.
GRACE is saying, "yes", even when you are in fear about accessing your highest good.
How are you cultivating GRACE in your life?
